Being individually handmade from scratch, you can expect our products to have the highest attention to detail, and as such, they should last for generations with proper care. 

If at any point there is an issue with one of our knives, please contact us and we will make it right. We are always happy to have products back for repair regardless of whose at fault for the damage, or if it's just in need of general maintenance, clean up or refinishing. 

Please note we do not accept responsibility for incorrect use or lack of maintenance. We are still happy to repair damage, but we will have to charge a standard hourly rate. Costs can be estimated before repairs begin.
